Know Your laws - Video Byte

“A Video Byte is generally 1-2 minute overview of a theme and how it impacts society, geared towards a lay audience.”

The students will participate in pair and compete to prove their dramatic skills like playwriting, acting, sound techniques and lighting techniques with a legal twist to create a Video Byte on any given socio-legal theme.

RULES:

1) Any Camera can be used by the participants. Professional camera is not necessary.

2) Students will be given a socio-legal topic by the coordinators spontaneously.

3) Duration to complete the task will be 60 minutes.

4) The video should be very clear & audible.

5) The content-idea shall be original.

4) Only two students allowed in a team.

5) Decision will be based on the following parameters:

-the quality of work & playwriting, 

-content coverage, 

-dramatic skills

-legal knowledge conveyed to the audience

-creativity

6) Decision of the coordinators shall be final.
