Sustainathon- Idea Pitching
Rules and Regulations:
- Individually or in team that consists of 4 (maximum) participants.
- Select any local problem related to any of the SDGs and propose feasible solutions to the idea
The solutions can be technology-based, community-driven, product-based, service-based, or other creative and innovative solutions.
- Proposed Idea / Project should not be copied from any source. Participants have to explain the novelty of the idea/ Proposed project.
- Idea Selection Criteria: The ideas will be evaluated by experts. Evaluation criteria will include Novelty of the idea, complexity, clarity and details in the prescribed format, feasibility, practicability. Sustainability, scale of impact, user experience and potential for future work progression.
- The selected final team will present their projects before the Jury which includes Academicians, Venture Capitalists, Civil Administrators, Angel Investors etc.
- The participants may choose to have one faculty as mentor from their institute. One mentor will be assigned to them by us. The Team will start working on proposals to find solutions under the guidance of the mentor through online meetings.
- Participants should bring their demonstration models/ Posters along with them on the day of the event.
- For Poster based demonstration: Dimension: 90 X 130 CM, Title of the proposed idea/ Project, Key Highlights, Novelty and methodology or working should be present in the content.
- The decision of the judges will be final and no sort of disputes will be entertained.
