About This Event

The “Recycled Artistry” event is an activity/competition/exhibition where participants are encouraged to create useful or decorative items using waste materials. This event aims to promote sustainability, creativity, and the importance of recycling. It often involves transforming everyday discarded objects, such as paper, plastic, metal, and fabric, into new, functional, or artistic creations.

Rules and Requirements: 

  •  A team can be of 4 members (Maximum).
  • The participants should bring the required waste material and stationery like scissors, thread, etc.
  • Waste material could be anything like tetra packs, bottles, newspapers, old utensils, jute material, construction debris, or any second-hand items that otherwise would be thrown away.
  • The material would be rejected if not found to be a waste product or second-hand item.
  • The decision of the judges will be considered final and abiding.
  • Participants will be judged on the basis of innovation, artistic composition & design, eco-friendly rating, utility of the product and overall presentation

  • Artistic composition and design: 10 points
  • Eco-friendly rating: 10 points
  • Utility of the product: 10 points
  • Overall presentation:  10 points
