Rules and Regulations

a. Two themes for poster presentation making are provided beforehand and the student has to select any one theme only.
b. Each participant needs to bring his /her own stationery items including crayons, pencils, pens, erasers, sharpener etc.
c. Only Chart paper will be provided to the students from the institute.
d. Each participant can submit only 1 poster.
e. Poster should have a caption relevant to the theme.
f. The theme on which the participant will make the poster should be easily identified.
g. A valid identity proof of school/college must be attached to your entry.
h. Online registration is compulsory for each participant.
i. The poster must be made on the A3/A4/Full size Chart paper -size sheet.
j. It should be original and hand made.
k. Full Name of the participant, contact number, school/college name must be clearly mentioned on the right-hand side bottom of the sheet.
l. Each participant has to present his/her poster for 1 or 2 minutes in Hindi/English in this event.
