SRIJAN

SRIJAN is a platform to showcase project/idea/design at Manav Rachna for our students to inculcate innovative ideas among school students. This event is a great opportunity to represent the model, make use of technology among varied themes, research and development opportunities to technology and knowledge partners.

Themes – Industry 5.0: Human-Machine Interaction

  1. Environment and Healthcare: The aim of the theme is awareness of the Environment and Healthcare.  Participants can register their own unique learning experience and present diverse solutions to environment and healthcare needs. The participants can showcase how the latest technologies and new approaches are shaping Environment and Healthcare in the area of digital health/WBAN/COVID 19.

  2. Robotics & Automation : Inspiring presentations and models to experience the newest innovation in the domain of Robotics and automation is the theme of the category. The participants can exhibit digital transformation solutions, smart machines, smart factories and Smart Industry.

  3. Developing Apps: Inspirations design, illustrations, graphic elements and tailor made apps is the foundation of this theme.

  4. Mobility/Drone/Interdisciplinary : The theme focuses on new mobility eco system for Electric Vehicles, Connected and Autonomous vehicles, High Speed travel modes, Sustainable rapid transport, Common payment modes and emerging technologies

  5. IoT/ Smart Home: Exploring the innovation in IOT and smart Home and its impact on the industries is the theme of the sector. Transforming business operations at speed and scale for growth, resilience and its potential to play in global industry can be exhibited in this vertical.

  6. Technology for rural areas/ Precision Farming/Women Security Apps: Solutions and ideas related to well-being of rural areas and women security is the theme of the vertical.

  7. Geriatric care: A professional solution to the senior care domain is the theme of this vertical.

  8. Digital Gaming: Digital Gaming is evolving over the years, showcasing new trends and technologies in the gaming arena, catering to the professional needs of aspiring developers, students, and gaming enthusiasts is the theme to learn in this vertical.

  9. AI/ML/Deep Learning : Making use of AI/ML and Deep learning technology to develop a project /present an idea for any application related to Health care, Automobile, Education, Banking, Education etc

Judging Criteria (Points distribution criteria)

  • Theme (Project title)

  • Ppt presentation

  • Project Model display

  • Poster presentation

  • Focus on Outcome based project idea/having societal impact

  • Focus on technical feasibility and its cost-effectiveness

Rules to follow:

  1. Participation can be individual or in a team of maximum 4 participants.
  2. Registration Charges: Rs. 400 per participant for college students
  3. The event will be in one round.
  4. Students must carry their ID cards.
  5. Students should carry their pen drive and laptop.
  6. All the team members should be able to explain their project and perform on the spot task.
  7. The dimension of the poster must not exceed 3×5 feet.
  8. Only AC supply will be provided during the competition. Teams must bring their adaptors or batteries.
  9. Judges’ and coordinators’ decisions shall be treated as final.
  10. Any team that is not ready at the specified time will be disqualified from the competition automatically.
  11. The presentation should take not more than 10 minutes
