Role play is a discussion technique that allows maximum participation of a group through acting out an example of some problem or idea under discussion.

War Zone is a role play world – which is set under the context of Russia’s attack on Ukraine. The participants will be able to represent the member and non-member states of the United Nations Security Council to finally voice their arguments for and against the act of war and represent the voices of global politics.

Participation certificates will be given to all.

THEMES OF THE EVENT

Theme of the event: Power Dynamics

Nature: Role-Play Activity

Duration: 30 minutes

Rules:

  • Only college students can participate.
  • Students will form a teams of 2-5 and perform the roles as per the sub themes

Sub Themes:

    1. Humanitarian angle 
    2. Violation of human rights laws
    3. India’s role as a potential mediator
    4. Economic impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the global economy
    5. Use of Nuclear weapons in the war
